Overview
Every thread, one page.
The Threads page lists each thread you follow as a compact row, with new replies counted. Open one, and it slides in on the right.
Each channel shows its own threads.
The Threads button in a conversation header shows how many have new replies, so you can catch up on one project without reading all of it.
Every @mention in one list.
Mentions collects the messages that name you, your role or @here, with Unread, Read and Starred filters.

Click Threads in the sidebar to see every thread you follow.
FOR ADMINS
What admins control.
- Everything stays in your database.
- Threads have full history with no cap.
- Group mentions follow roles.
- Mention a role, and only its members are notified.
- Who can reply.
- Where posting is limited to selected people, thread replies follow the same rule.
- Notification defaults.
- Each person picks All, Mentions only or Nothing per conversation.

How do I see only threads with new replies?
Open Threads and switch the filter to Unread.
When is a thread marked read?
When you open it. Scrolling past it in the channel doesn’t count.
Can I star a mention to come back to it?
Yes. Star it in Mentions and use the Starred filter.
Do threads work in DMs?
Yes, in channels, DMs and group chats alike.
